Construction modulaire
Les séries de vis jumelles XINDA PSHJ sont construites sur un système modulaire. Le principal avantage de cette conception modulaire réside dans les configurations polyvalentes. Les tâches de traitement peuvent être accomplies de manière optimale avec seulement quelques variations de barillet et de vis.
Baril de coquille de palourde
Le baril peut être ouvert en quelques minutes. Cela rend le changement de produit, la maintenance et la recherche rapides et faciles.
Section de baril - contrôlée séparément
Le principe modulaire du canon permet un séquencement précis pour chaque application. La température de chaque section de baril peut être réglée séparément. Les coques de chauffage électrique assurent le chauffage, le refroidissement est obtenu avec de l'eau. Les canons, ainsi que les éléments de vis et de pétrissage sont en acier nitruré dans la version standard; la version résistante à l'usure est faite de matériaux appropriés, correspondant aux exigences respectives.
Fûts standard
L'ordre librement sélectionnable des vis et des éléments de pétrissage garantit que les sections de processus correspondent à la configuration du processus. Ainsi, différentes zones de traitement peuvent être configurées de manière interchangeable, selon les exigences pour: le transport; Plastification; Mélange et cisaillement; Homogénéisation; Dégazage; Construction de pression
